Hi I’m Rebecca founder and owner of Blooming Boutique. I am located in a small town in Northwest Indiana. I’m a stay at home mom with 2 kids. I have been in business now for over a year and loving every minute of it. I started this boutique after spending a few years in the direct sales clothing industry.
